The Thistle Bonding Coat Plaster 25kg is an essential gypsum undercoat plaster specifically formulated for application onto smooth, dense, or low-suction internal substrates. It serves as an ideal base coat for surfaces that present bonding challenges, such as smooth concrete, pre-cast concrete blocks, engineering bricks, tile backer boards, and surfaces treated with a bonding agent.
 
Engineered for excellent initial stick and high adhesion performance, it requires minimal mechanical keying from the background substrate to form a strong, permanent bond. Its consistent workability allows plasterers to easily level and rule off the coat, creating a smooth, flat foundation ready for a final skim coat of Thistle Multi Finish.
 
Supplied in a standard 25kg moisture-resistant bag, a single bag covers approximately 3.2m² at a standard 11mm application thickness. It is strictly intended for internal dry-use applications, offering a reliable, user-friendly solution for refurbishment projects and challenging background walls.
