The 600 x 450 x 80mm Recessed Block Paving Manhole Cover and Frame is a heavy-duty, exterior-grade access solution engineered for seamless integration into heavy-duty paved driveways, commercial yards, and high-traffic block-paved areas. Featuring a clear opening size of 600mm by 450mm with a generous 80mm deep recessed tray, this unit allows thicker clay pavers, standard heavy-duty concrete blocks, or specialized sett finishes to be laid directly inside the cover lid, ensuring the drainage inspection point blends completely with the surrounding hard landscaping.

Manufactured from robust, high-strength pressed steel or heavy-gauge galvanized components, this cover is built to withstand rigorous vehicular traffic, including cars and commercial delivery vehicles, without buckling, warping, or shifting under heavy loads. The integrated sealing system—featuring an airtight and watertight gasket secured with heavy-duty locking screws—effectively prevents surface water ingress and stops unpleasant foul odors from escaping into outdoor circulation spaces.

Designed for straightforward installation by contractors and landscapers, the deep frame provides ample clearance for thicker block pavers and required bedding layers, sitting perfectly flush with the surrounding finished surface level. Whether you are completing a robust residential driveway, a commercial car park, or a heavily trafficked paved courtyard, this trade-quality recessed manhole cover delivers exceptional structural durability, reliable weatherproofing, and a clean, uninterrupted surface finish.
