The 10mm 3.0m Plaster Standard Stop Bead is a classic internal plastering accessory engineered to create neat, straight, and reinforced edge terminations where plaster finishes against door frames, window reveals, skirting boards, or unplastered wall sections. Designed with a 10mm projection depth, it acts as a reliable depth gauge to ensure an even, consistent plaster layer.
 
Manufactured from high-grade galvanized steel, this bead offers high mechanical strength and impact protection to prevent chipping and cracking at vulnerable plaster edges. The perforated wing design allows the plaster to key firmly through the mesh, ensuring a strong, permanent bond with the background substrate.
 
Supplied in a 3.0-meter length, it provides ample linear coverage for floor-to-ceiling runs and standard internal doorways with minimal joints. It is specifically designed for internal wet plastering applications using traditional hardwall, toughcoat, or sand-and-cement undercoat plaster systems.

Installation
Edge beads may be fixed by dabs or by masonry nails of similar material.
Plasterboard Edge Bead: Fix the perforated wing flush to the board face before applying final skim coat. The bead may be reversed if required by fixing the wing to the board's inner surface.
