Manufactured from rigid, high-density EPS, this board offers superior dimensional stability, low water absorption, and long-term resistance to compression. It cuts cleanly using a hand saw or hot wire, allowing installers to achieve tight, accurate friction fits around joists, studs, and irregular openings to minimize thermal bridging.
 
Supplied in a standard 8ft x 4ft sheet size (2440mm x 1220mm), it enables efficient coverage over large floor, wall, and ceiling areas. It is widely used in under-floor insulation under screed or timber floating floors, masonry cavity walls, loft conversions, and cold-store linings, and should be installed behind an appropriate fire-rated layer such as standard plasterboard.
