The White Melamine Faced Board (often referred to as MFC) is a pre-finished engineered wood panel designed for interior cabinetry, shelving, and furniture manufacturing. Engineered for professional carpenters, joiners, and shopfitters, it provides a durable, ready-to-use surface that eliminates the need for on-site painting or laminating.

Manufactured by fusing a melamine-impregnated decorative paper resin onto a standard chipboard or MDF core under intense heat and pressure, this board features a hard, smooth, and wipe-clean white finish. The resin-impregnated surface offers excellent resistance to scratches, stains, moisture, and everyday wear, making it hygienic and easy to maintain in commercial and residential settings.

Supplied in standard large sheet sizes with varying thicknesses and pre-finished edges available, it can be easily cut, drilled, and edged using standard woodworking machinery to fabricate bespoke wardrobes, kitchen carcases, and office desks. It serves as an essential, high-efficiency trade consumable for rapidly delivering clean, professional, and cost-effective interior storage solutions.

  • Perfect for DIY
  • Boards are edged on the two longest edges only to allow them to be cut to required length
  • Ideal for use as shelving as well as carcass construction in kitchens and bedrooms
  • Melamine coated
