The Underground uPVC 110mm Double Socket Rest Bend 87.5° is a specialized heavy-duty directional and support fitting designed for transitions between vertical soil stacks and horizontal below-ground drainage networks. Manufactured from tough, high-impact unplasticized polyvinyl chloride, this bend is engineered to withstand heavy external soil loads, ground movement, and corrosive subterranean environments while providing robust structural support at the base of a drop.

Featuring an 87.5-degree angle combined with an integrated base "rest" or foot, the fitting is specifically designed to absorb the downward kinetic energy and dead weight of vertical fluid drops. The flat base rests securely on the trench floor or a concrete pad, preventing the vertical stack from settling, shifting, or placing undue stress on horizontal pipe runs. Both connection points feature factory-fitted captive seal rings in a double socket configuration, delivering an immediate, watertight, and root-resistant joint without requiring specialist welding tools.

Designed for fast, secure push-fit installation in demanding trench conditions, the rest bend ensures smooth internal transitions that minimize turbulence and prevent blockages at critical vertical-to-horizontal turning points. Whether you are installing a new commercial drainage stack or completing a residential build, this rest bend delivers professional-grade stability, hydraulic efficiency, and leak-free performance underground.
