The 25mm Polystyrene Sheet (1220mm x 2440mm) is a lightweight, versatile expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation panel engineered for thermal performance, floor impact sound absorption, and general construction applications. Featuring a 25mm thickness, it provides a cost-effective, easy-to-handle solution for enhancing thermal efficiency across residential and commercial builds.
 
Manufactured from high-density rigid EPS, this panel offers excellent thermal resistance, moisture resistance, and structural stability. It is easy to cut and shape using standard hand tools or a hot wire cutter, producing minimal dust while maintaining clean edges for a tight, continuous insulation barrier without thermal bridging.
 
Supplied in a standard 8ft x 4ft sheet size (2440mm x 1220mm), it delivers rapid surface coverage for floor insulation beneath screed or floorboards, cavity wall insulation, ceiling linings, cold-store lining, and void-filling applications. It is chemically inert, non-toxic, and suitable for internal drylining and structural insulation systems when protected by appropriate fire-rated linings such as plasterboard.
