The Foam Sanding Block Fine / Medium (675085) is engineered for fine finishing, intermediate keying, and precise surface profiling across painted timber, plaster repairs, metals, and composite substrates.
 
Featuring a high-density flexible polyurethane foam core coated with fine and medium aluminium oxide abrasive grits, this block contours to curved moldings and flat panels without rounding off sharp edges. The dual-grit construction allows the trade user to quickly switch from light stock removal to pre-coat smoothing. It can be used wet or dry and rinsed clean to prevent clogging from dry dust buildup.
