The Plasson 90-degree Tee 7040 (20mm) is an essential equal compression tee fitting designed to split or branch a 20mm metric MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) water supply pipeline into two perpendicular directions. It is widely utilized by plumbing, utility, and agricultural professionals to create a reliable three-way junction, allowing water flow to be distributed to secondary lines or multiple fixtures without compromising system integrity.

Manufactured from high-grade virgin polypropylene, this tee provides exceptional impact strength, environmental stress resistance, and complete immunity to rust or corrosion. Each of the three ports features a captive O-ring seal and robust split ring that mechanically grips the exterior surface of the inserted pipe upon tightening, ensuring structural stability and preventing tube pull-out under operational pressure or soil movement.

Engineered for rapid, tool-free installation on site, technicians simply insert the prepared pipe ends up to the internal stops and tighten the compression nuts by hand or with a standard wrench. Fully WRAS-approved for wholesome potable water and rated for high working pressures up to 16 bar (PN16), this trade-quality tee delivers reliable performance and long-term durability across both subterranean and surface-mounted infrastructure.
