The Good & Proper Lead Sheet Sealant 300ml (Grey) is a high-performance, neutral-cure silicone sealant engineered specifically for roofing applications, flashing details, and general building joints. Designed for professional roofers and contractors, it provides a reliable, weather-resistant bond when sealing lead sheet laps, abutments, and guttering systems.

Formulated with advanced neutral-cure technology, this low-odor sealant reacts with atmospheric humidity to cure into a highly durable, elastic rubber matrix. It offers exceptional movement accommodation without cracking or pulling away from substrates, ensuring it can withstand the severe thermal expansion and contraction cycles common to metal roofing exposed to extreme weather changes.

Supplied in a standard 300ml cartridge compatible with conventional caulking guns, the smooth grey paste applies cleanly and resists degradation from UV radiation and driving rain. It serves as an essential trade consumable for achieving watertight, long-lasting seals across roofing details, brickwork joints, and façade installations.

Features & Benefits:

  • For interior/exterior use.
  • Connecting joints in buildings.
  • Top sealing in glazing systems.
  • Sanitary applications as well as building, glazing and fa?ade joints.
