We have been open throughout the pandemic and will continue working hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible either for delivery or collection.

Click & Collect or Delivery
Despite the latest surge in Covid-19 cases due to the Omicron variant, Melbros are pleased to remain open as normal for business as an essential business.
You can place orders for delivery or click & collect or you can visit us in-store to collect your goods as normal. Click & collect orders for deliveries can be done using the online shop or you can give us a call to arrange this.
We are welcoming customers into the shop as normal but we are still being careful so please respect other customers and staff by social distancing where possible.
As an essential business, we have been very much open for business as normal throughout the pandemic whilst also providing our customers with the same high level of service.
Wearing a face covering for customers, visitors and staff is currently compulsory inside the shop, in line with UK Government guidelines. Please continue to follow the prevailing advice if you have Coronavirus symptoms.
We are pleased to have remained open throughout the last 18 months despite the challenges Covid-19 has brought us. We had to allow only click and collect orders for shop collections back in March 2020 for the first UK lockdown but we re-opened the shop fully in September 2020 with customers welcome as normal into our shop with social distancing measures in place .
Click & Collect Update February 2022: Usually ready within an hour. We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready to collect. When you come in please come into the main sales counter with your order number.
Deliveries Update February 2022: Deliveries in the Rugby locality are generally next working day. Other areas are still up to seven days. Please note that due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we may not be able to guarantee our normal same/next day delivery service but we are working hard to get orders to you as quickly as possible. After placing your order we will let you know when you can expect your delivery or you can call us for an accurate update.
