DELIVERY OR PRE-ARRANGED COLLECTION ONLY
We're practising social distancing so please book in with us so we can bring your delivery to you or have your collection ready to reduce social contact.
Please do not come to the shop if you do not have a pre-arranged collection.

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED YOUR ORDER IS READY
You must not come to the store if you haven't booked in a collection AND you've been told your order is ready to be collected.
Please be warned you may be turned away at the gate and asked to come back later.
You will be advised a bay location for your order, please bring this reference with you to speed up your collection.

Click & Collect, Call & Collect or Delivery
Whilst the UK Government's advice remains to practice social distancing, we will be continuing our current operation of pre-arranged collections and deliveries only - with no access inside the shop for customers.
We are still very much open for business as normal despite this whilst encouraging social distancing as much as possible - also providng our customers with the same level of service where possible.
We are asking all of our customers to either order deliveries or pre-arranged collections online using the online shop or you can give us a call to arrange this.
You can call or email as normal or place orders online – if you have a credit account with us please select ‘Manual Payment’ at the checkout and we can put this on your account ready for delivery or collection.
As all of our pre-arranged collections are outdoors and there is no access inside the shop for customers currently, there is no requirement to wear a face mask when collecting your goods.
Collections update 05/08: Usually ready within 1-2 hours. We are endeavouring to get collections ready for customers as soon as possible but please do not come to collect your goods until you have been notified by email or text that your order is ready including your collection bay reference.
Please do not just visit our store without a collection reference as you will be turned away - we will only be serving customers with pre-arranged collections.
We will also be asking customers to stay in their vehicles for pre-arranged collections rather than come in the shop.
Deliveries update 05/08: Deliveries in the Rugby locality will be fulfilled up to three days. Other areas are still up to seven days. Please note that due to the current Covid-19 epidemic we may not be able to guarantee our normal same/next day delivery service but we are working hard to get orders to you as quickly as possible. After placing your order we will let you know when you can expect your delivery or you can call us for an accurate update.
