COVID-19 UPDATE 01/04/20: PLEASE CALL OR BUY ONLINE FOR
We're trying to encourage social distancing so please book in with us so we can bring your delivery to you or have your collection ready to reduce social contact.
Please do not come to the shop if you do not have a pre-arranged collection.

Following the UK Government's advice, we are remaining open for business however we are trying to encourage social distancing as much as possible whilst also providing our customers with the same level of service where possible.
We are asking all of our customers to either order deliveries or collections online using the online shop or you can give us a call to arrange this.
We are endeavouring to get collections ready for customers as soon as possible and we will call you let you know your order is ready.
Please do not just visit our store as you normally would as we will only be serving customers with pre-arranged collections.
We will also be asking customers to stay in their vehicles for pre-arranged collections rather than come in the shop.
You can call or email as normal or place orders online – if you have a credit account with us please select ‘Manual Payment’ at the checkout and we can put this on your account ready for delivery or collection.
Deliveries: Please note that due to the current Covid-19 epidemic we may not be able to offer our normal same/next day delivery service (particularly for big & bulky items) but we are working hard to get orders to you as quickly as possible. After placing your order we will let you know when you can expect your delivery or you can call us for an accurate update. We may also not be able to extend our delivery service outside of the 10-mile radius of Rugby, please ask before placing these orders.
