Truslate

Recent years have seen a revival of the use of natural slate in garden design. Stonemarket's Truslate Paving is real slate, carefully selected, hard wearing and with attractive colours and texture. 

Our Celtic Slate Chippings, Walling and Peacock Poles enable co-ordination of a natural slate theme throughout your garden. Truslate has sawn edges and is also attractive laid in kitchens, hallways and conservatories. When used internally, it is usually treated with a suitable coating.

There are important differences in the characteristics of natural stone paving compared to our manufactured products. Our Truslate and Trustone pavings show the naturally occurring diversity that gives newly quarried stone its own special appeal. Each piece has its own individual colour, texture and surface markings and these can vary considerably within the same pack of product. The splitting of the stone along its natural bedding planes produces a wider range of thickness than with manufactured products. It is particularly important to view a range of samples at Melbros before making your choice.
