| Ivy
& Berry Edging
The
special shape of this exceptionally detailed
decorative edging enables it to be used
as a riser for plinths and ornaments as
well as providing truly individual style
to paths and borders. There are two different
designs which are best laid alternately.
Brick
On Edge
Old
weatherworn bricks have been assembled into
versatile easy to use units and reproduced
in high strength concrete, complete with
a tinge of mossy green. Straight Brick Edgings
are available in a choice of two thicknesses
to allow them to be used either as a raised
edge or laid flush with paving.
As
well as being useful for curved pathways,
Radius Brick Edgings fit around Millstone
Radius Outer Segments. Other uses for Brick
on Edge are step risers, driveway and border
edgings or as wall copings.
Dogtooth
Brick Edging
Dogtooth
Brick Edging is specially designed to allow
a continuous run of angled bricks to be
constructed from easy to handle composite
units. Every detail of old bricks has been
meticulously reproduced, including their
greenish tint.
Tile
On Edge
Following
a long tradition of using old or damaged
tiles as decorative garden edgings, Stonemarket
have assembled antique tiles into convenient
easy to lay units and created a detailed
reproduction in high strength concrete.
Even the characteristic mossy green tint
of algae and lichen is included. They are
finely detailed and very useful as copings
or edgings for borders, driveways and paths.
Inner
Tile Segment provides 90° curved corners,
surrounds for plants and a central feature
for Millstone Radius paving. Octant Corner
units are the ideal surround for all our
Octant systems.
Scalloped
Edgings
A
popular shape of edging given a unique look
by the addition of a fettled top edge and
inlaid rough hewn sculpting. The colour
range has been chosen for use with our paving
ranges, either to blend or produce an attractive
contrast. Old English colour will blend
with Weathered York paving, whilst Country
Red both blends with Terrascina Tiles in
the same colour and makes an attractive
contrast with Millstone Flag Original and
Olde London colours.
Victorian
Edgings
Some
of these intricate edging designs may well
date back to 1850 or earlier. These authentically
reproduced Victorian and Edwardian edgings
have been specially treated to replicate
the "metallic" clay look of their
time, and are produced in either Midnight
Blue or Clay Red colours.
The
Rope Top, Vintage and Clarendon edging designs
are produced in double lengths of approximately
470mm to reduce costs if a long run of edging
is required.
